A truly passionate hotelier with over 20 years of experience in luxury and prestigious brands such as The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Marriott International and IHG.
After several years in Europe in various management and head of department positions, his natural talents for pampering others made him join The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman Hotel opening Team, in the Caribbean, where he led staff training and created beverage cost control for the hotel.
Moved then to Asia and Middle east where Pep was Director of Operations for the openings of Catalunya Restaurant PTE LTD Singapore & Hong Kong and LaLuz Restaurant Dubai (Grupo Tragaluz). Back in Europe, he joined the opening of two 5*GL hotels in his hometown Barcelona: F&B Director at Almanac hotel and Director of Operations at Kimpton Vividora part of IHG International Group.
